Never went Ban Heng.

Instead of going to Ban Heng and E-Hub to eat my waffle ice cream.
We went to Vivo City to eat my waffle ice cream.
We waited for our waffle for so long, went to the cashier to ask the sale girl.
She told us that our order still need wait another 25 mins.
And i told her that there are afew ppl which order after us have already get their waffle ice cream, so she was like er ok, i will serve your first.
Not long after i return to my seat, our ice cream is serve.
I will never going to return to Vivo City Gelare again, lousy customer service.
We are suppose to go Ban Heng today, but end up sleep too late never go haha.
Will be going to Changi Airport at around 11pm to pick up my cousin who is coming back from Taiwan, so tired.
Lucky i am not the one driving, dear dear will be driving hehe.

Going to Ban Heng again.

Ban Heng has not yet email us regarding to the buffet and the ROM table, so we will need to go down again today.
After going Ban Heng, finally after so long.
I can go eat my waffle ice cream at Geláre in E-Hub.
I am so so so looking forward to ending work today.
Hope time pass faster, faster 5.30pm and it will be the end of the work week for this week.

Hehe... Made some changes to the blog...
Left with 60 days, feel like i miss out something, hopefully it's just my brain playing tricks.
As for the trip, i have read afew books regarding Taipei, and have more or less decided where we will be going for the trip.
So looking forward to the solemnization and the trip.

Seems like the usual price for the table and chairs rental for solemnization is $80.

Left with only 68 days for the preparation for the solemnization.

ROM Dress

Went to collect the dress after eating at the cafe.
Test out the dress, the dress turn out to be nice, some alteration need to be done to make it abit smaller, as it is abit too big.
1 of my sister dress also need to alter smaller, and another 1 dont need to do any alteration.
Love my dress so much!!!

Charlie Brown Cafe @ 313 Orchard

Went to Charlie Brown Cafe @ 313 Orchard before going to test the dress for the ROM.
There is full of snoopy things, we ate our lunch there, and i also buy a moon cake that have snoopy on in.
So cute.

Ban Heng buffet lunch

When to book the buffet lunch from Ban Heng at Aranda Country Club.
We book the 12 course menu, $15/pax.
Ban Heng also provide the table and 5 chair for the solemnization, so we will get he table from them at $80.
Currently waiting for Ban Heng to send us the email for the booking of the buffet, and the payment will be on 19 Nov 2011.

Taiwan trip

Finally book the air ticket and the hotel in taipei for 21 Nov 2011 to 25 Nov 2011.
We will be leaving the next day after the solemnization.
We book the air ticket from jetstar a budget airline, and the hotel we will be staying is Just Sleep at Ximending.
The hotel is just walking distance from the Ximen MRT station, about 10 mins walk i think.
It our first time going to Taipei, and we book a free and easy trip that is being self plan.
Now the only think left to plan for the trip is the place to visit in Taipei.
Reading afew books on Taiwan and Taipei, the insight guides book is quite detail on the place to visit.
Will update more once we know where we would like to visit for the 5 days 4 night.
Looking forward to the trip.

Ring Pillow, dog, ring

When to collect the ring pillow and the soft toy dog at punggol.
The dog is so cute.

ROM Dress

The dress is ready to be tested.
Has book an appointment on sat for the first testing of the dress.
Have made a few changes to the design, hopefully it turn out nice.
-_- hope i did not gain much weight that the dress could not be fitted haha.
Can't wait for sat to come.

Trip to Taiwan-Taipei

We have decided to go Taiwan-Taipei for 5 days 4 night trip.
Planning to go on a free and easy trip.
Now finding different hotel and place to stay and also to visit when at Taipei.

NATAS Fair

After work, we will be going the NATAS fair.
Going to decide where we want to go for holiday after the ROM.
I feel like going to Sungai Klah hotspring park at Perak, or maybe taipei or hong kong.
Go the fair take a look and see the price before deciding where to go.

Ring Pillow and the Soft Toy

We order the ring pillow and also the soft toy for the wall deco from http://www.theweddingthoughts.com/.
Currently waiting for the reply from wedding thoughts, we choose self collect the item as the place of collection is at blk 130 Edgedale Plains (Punggol 21).Collection would only be done at the ground floor lift lobby.
The ring pillow and the soft toy are both dogs, but both dogs are different breed.
The ring pillow would also have our name and the date of the event on it and the dog will have each of our name on it too.

New Deco Quotation

The decoration is more or less what we have in mind.

Our next meet up regarding the decoration is in mid Oct 2011 at the chalet itself for taking of the measurement.

Wonder if there is enough time for the decoration if we meet up in mid Oct 2011.

Either than the meet up for the decoration, mid Oct 2011 we will also have to pay the deposit for the decoration first as Helen was saying that she would need the deposit to buy the material first.

Awaiting the design of the final product on the actual day hopefully it will be simple and nice.

E-Filing

Just done the e-filing. The first time encounter session expired, check too many times that the session expired. The e-filing has been done on the 2nd time. The cost of e-filing cost $26. Remember previously about 3 years ago the cost is only $6. Haha, but at least one more thing done. Left with less than 3 more months to the solemnization, got to faster plan other things, and hope for the best on the day of the solemnization.

Solemnizer

Solemnizer: Dr Phua Tan Tee.

Originally the timing for the solemnization was 11am, but as our solemnizer has tried to reschedule his time, but still unable to be available at 11am on the 20 Nov 2011. He suggested that he would be available at 10am for the solemnization, and we agreed to held the solemnization at 10am.

Shoe

Went shopping at NEX at serangoon. Found a white shoe that look quite similar to the solemnization dress.The shoe is a flat white shoe with a simple ribbon.
The dress is still in the progress of completion.
Hope the dress look nice.

2nd appointment with Helen

Friday after work, we went down to east point for the meet up with Helen.
We started chatting on the design of the decoration that we wanted and also show some sample picture to Helen.
After discussing the design of the decoration, we ate our dinner at Han's cafe.
Now the design that we wanted is much simple than from the first appointment we met up at Aranda country club chalet.
As the first time we met up was also the first time we saw the chalet layout, and how the chalet look like.
We have take away the green plant that originally Helen has plan to put 2 side by side near the door entrance, as we do not really like the plant, and we decided to use a big bow with either a tiger or dog soft toy in between the bow.
And currently we are waiting for a new quotation from Helen for the new decoration ideals.
Hope to hear from her soon.

We went to the chalet to take a look at the interior.
This is the floor plan created from what I can remember seeing.
Today will be meeting Helen again for the discussion of the decorations.
Will be using the floor plan that i created and afew other pictures to discuss on the decorations.

The quote on the decorations for your consideration as follows :

1) rental of portable plastic white table (3ft L x 2ft W x 2.5ft H) with white Japanese satin cloth decorated with pink/peach organza scallop style drapes at the sides, 3 foldable chairs (2pcs decorated as bridal chairs), 2 white plastic stools (draped with white satin cloth and lightly decorated at the sides).

2) Main entrance decor : pink/peach organza draped over the top of door frame running down the sides (lightly decorated with flowers and green leaves twines, middle of top frame - a hanging floral pomander.

3) Pair of artifical potted green topiary plants decorated with organza ribbons and tiny flowers.

4) Solemnization area : pink./peach organza draped over the frame of the wall (decorated with green leaves twines and flowers) with pair of wedding bells.

5) Ivory/offwhite satin cloth (curtains) x 2pcs to cover the bedroom doors (tiny pink flowers will be sewn on these 2 curtains at random spots (effect of falling tiny flowers on the clothe) - so that the curtains aren't so plain.

Last night met up with the decorator, Helen Cheng @ Aranda Country Club. Managed to take a look at our pre-booked unit #2303. Its larger then what i expected from the photos in their website. Anyway our decorator has proposed a few decorations for us here and there, for the event table, she will be providing her own table and 2 chairs for the Groom and Bride. After discussing with Helen, we managed to sort of get an idea on where and how we want our decoration to be. Helen told us she will give us the estimated cost via email, now waiting for her email..... After that we went to eat dinner at Magic Wok and then go home....

First RC Helicopter (Bell Model 222)

Sudden crazy ideal to fly a helicopter to carry the ring instead of using a ring pillow.
Went to buy a RC helicopter from toyrus at $29.90...
Not easy learning to fly one RC Helicopter.
Keep hitting the wall OMG...
Finally manage to fly the helicopter normally but still will hit the wall sometime.
Try to tie a string to the helicopter and only put one ring, wahahaha the helicopter cannot fly lol...
Anyway the RC helicopter has spolit...
No ideal how it spolit also...
30 mins ago i was playing and it was working fine, 30 mins after bathing, the helicopter cannot fly...
Nw looking for a new helicopter muhahaha...
