New Deco Quotation

The decoration is more or less what we have in mind.

Our next meet up regarding the decoration is in mid Oct 2011 at the chalet itself for taking of the measurement.

Wonder if there is enough time for the decoration if we meet up in mid Oct 2011.

Either than the meet up for the decoration, mid Oct 2011 we will also have to pay the deposit for the decoration first as Helen was saying that she would need the deposit to buy the material first.

Awaiting the design of the final product on the actual day hopefully it will be simple and nice.

Main Entrance (Frame of the Door) :

Pink/peach and white organza with small bows at top 2

corners(left & right) and a larger bow in the middle. The (left &

right) hanging organza to be tied into a knot at the lower portion.

Entrance Foyer leading into living area (2 walls – left & right)

2 pieces of pink/peach & white large organza bow with provided

soft toys in the middle of the bow.

Solemnization Area :

To provide table, 3 foldable chairs & 2 stools.

Table : to be covered with white cloth all the way to the legs of

table. Scallop fold design on all sides of table.

Chairs : 3 foldable chairs to be dressed with overall fitted white

cloth. Bridal chairs with medium size pink/peach & white organza

bow at the back of chairs.

Stools to be covered with white cloth.

Frame of wall : to be decorated same as the Main Entrance. Pair

of silver bells with the middle bow.

Back Wall : pink/peach & white organza bow with tiny pink roses

just below the wall lamp.

Bedroom doors : pink/peach & white organza curtains to cover

the doors.

Includes transport, set-up and dismantling of decorations
