Primary Important Checklist Update on 22 Aug 2011

------Important checklist for ROM------

1. Look for a Solemnizer free for 20 Nov 2011 - Done (Dr Phua Tan Tee)
2. Obtained the signed consent of the Solemnizer and contact no. - Done
3. e-Filed a notice of marriage - Done
4. Go to the ROM to collect documents (on the appointment day - 18 Nov 2011 9.30am to 10.30am) Things to collect:
   - Certificate of Marriage (white and color copy)
   - Confirmation of Marriage Licence Issued
   - ROM's self addressed pre-stamped envelope
5. Call Solemnizer to confirm appointment data and time on 17 Nov 2011
6. Prepare envelope to reimburse Solemnizer for taxi / transport fare
7. Arrange for a person on standby to receive, entertain and send Solemnizer off - Done (Guo Wei)
8. Things to bring for the day of the solemnization:
   - Envelope containing transport reimbursement
   - ROM documents (Certificates of Marriage, Confirmation of Marriage Licence Issued, ROM self-address pre-stamped envelope
   - NRIC / Passport of 2 witnesses and Groom and Bride
9. Hand over of document to Solemnizer. Things to hand over before wedding ceremony:
   - The ROM documents
   - Our NRIC / passports
   -2 witnesses NRIC / passport
10. Signed white copy of the Certificate of Marriage
11. Check documents
12. Reimbursed Solemnizer and remind him to post the white copy of the Certificate of Marriage within the same day of solemnization
