Trial of hair do for the solemnization.

We went to uncle Jason shop, uncle Jason is actually my mother long time friends, think they have been friend since their schooling time.
Uncle Jason recommended me to highlight my hair abit so when during the photo taking, the photo will turn out nicer.
My hair was cut and highlighted to a nature brown color, while waiting for the color to stay on my hair, he help my grandma and aunty to cut their hair.
After highlighting the hair, he started to doll up my hair.
Haha, he actually quite good at it, the hairstyle kind of make me look cuter, according to my family and also dear dear.

Celebration of dear bday

It a last min planning for celebrating of dear bday.
I went sengkang compasspoint to make a cake from icing room.
Somehow the cake turn out to be abit funny, cos i am the one who decorate it with the icing provided.
Originally i wanted to do the cake without dear knowing, but somehow he is able to find me, no point running out of the car first, haha.
After the cake has been done, we went Mac to buy 2 cups of drinks, 1 coke and 1 ice milo.
We went to the heavy vehicle car park beside our house originally, but end up there is too many wild dogs running around, kind of sad that we are not able to celebrate there, as beside is our future house.
End up we went to the sengkang riverside park car park to cut and eat the cake, we also see some interesting action of other people in their own car. Haha.
We were at the park talking till about 11.30pm, till we go home.

Dear Desmond Bday

Haiz, I forget today is 31 Oct 2011, which is dear dear bday.
How could I forget something so important.
Tonight after work, must do something for his bday.

Alteration of dress

Went to test the dress yesterday for the last alteration.
Haiz, i became fatter sia.
Need to alter the dress abit bigger at the stomach area, so sad.
Need to slim down lo.
Went to buy something that can help in slimming at Vivo city yesterday.
Hopefully it will help me to slim down abit.

Total ppl ROM on 20 Nov 2011

Wahahaha. There is a total of 602 people ROM on the 20 Nov 2011.
So many people sia.

Total no of people ROM on 11 Nov 2011 is 574.
The date is so popular. The most popular date for this year is 11 Nov 2011 and 20 Nov 2011.
For 20 Nov 2011, i will update after 30 Oct 2011 for the total no of people ROM.
Currently left with 27 days to plan. We have near plan finish everything.
Hope to finalise everything for the ROM by 5 Nov 2011, so that we still have time in case we forget something.

Signing of AOL

Yay receive a letter from HDB regarding the signing of the AOL.
We will be going down to HDB on 30 Oct 2011 at 10.30am to sign the AOL.
After signing of the AOL, the house will belong to us.
Finally after waiting for so long, so so so happy.

Number of Couple getting solemnize.

So many ppl going to be solemnizing on the 20 Nov 2011.
As of today, for 20 Nov 2011 there is a total of 519 number of couple, and for 11 Nov 2011 there are 541 number of couple that have register in the ROM website.
Haha think, 11 Nov 2011 and 20 Nov 2011 is both a popular date for getting married / solemnization.
With so many people going around to look for a solemnizer and a decorator for 20 Nov 2011, I think we are quite lucky to be able to get Dr Phua TT to be our solemnizer for that day, and also lucky enough to find a decorater for our decoration for that day.

The left side full grey tie or the right side black grey strip tie.

Most people comment that the grey tie look nicer.

Should be wearing the grey tie on that day.

Personally i also think the grey tie look nicer. (^_^) so handsome.

Final meet up for decoration

Went to Aranda Country Club to meet up with Helen for the last and final discussion for the decoration and the payment for the deposit.
We was late for about 15 mins for the meet up, but Helen was patient and she waited for us to arrived.
Helen has take all the neccessry measure for the decoration of the wall and door.
She has also show us the color of the organza which will be used for the decoration.
We are happy with the color, and we also like the color alot as it is a light peach color.
In fact we was suprise that she show us the color of the deco she will be using.
We was not expecting her to show us the color that will be using till the day of the decoration, as some might just decide on the color and inform us without showing the exact color.
We even ask on the company name and also the company history, and she told us the history of the company.
She has a very good customer service attitude.
I could not wait to see the decoration done up on the 19 Nov 2011.
Left with 37 days to the most important day.

Housing Grant Approve

Finally after waiting for so long, our housing grant has been approve.
Altought the grant is not much but it help to pay abit of the house, and also our CPF would not be fully burn out due to the BTO.
Haha, HDB is so kind to give the both of us sure a nice gift for our solemnization.
Yay, now looking forward to the signing of the LOA.
Once we have sign the LOA, the house would be ours in 3 to 4 years.
Can't wait for the house to finish building so we could renovate and finally move in.

Final meeting for Decoration

Have email and confirm that we will be meeting Helen for the final meeting for the decoration this Thursday after our work.
Will meet Helen at Aranda Country Club so she could go take the neccessary measurement for the decoration that was discuss previously.
After Helen has take the measurement, we will need to pay the deposit of $150 first.
It left with 39 days to the solemnization, i feel so nervous.
But surprisingly dear dear also will feel nervous de wo, all along he have the confident look, thought he would not feel nervous. Hehe. Another cute side of him.

Confirmation of Ban Heng Buffet

Lucky dear dear call Ban Heng to ask about the buffet for the day.
Ban Heng finally send us the confirmation copy to sign and fax or email back.
The funny thing is there is some problem, the quotation is wrong.
Think Ban Heng also found out the error, they send us a new confirmation the yesterday to sign again.
Have email Ban Heng the confirmation but they have not reply or give any confirmation that they have receive our confirmation.
Got to call Ban Heng again to check if they receive the confirmation for the buffet and the ROM table.

Dear shirt for the Solemnization

Finally have the time to update.
Went to North Point at Yishun G2000 on Monday to buy Dear Shirt for the Solemnization.
Haha, when choose the size that he normally wear, abit tight.
End up buying 1 size bigger than what he normally wear.
I still like him to wear formal, so handsome.

Never went Ban Heng.

Instead of going to Ban Heng and E-Hub to eat my waffle ice cream.
We went to Vivo City to eat my waffle ice cream.
We waited for our waffle for so long, went to the cashier to ask the sale girl.
She told us that our order still need wait another 25 mins.
And i told her that there are afew ppl which order after us have already get their waffle ice cream, so she was like er ok, i will serve your first.
Not long after i return to my seat, our ice cream is serve.
I will never going to return to Vivo City Gelare again, lousy customer service.
We are suppose to go Ban Heng today, but end up sleep too late never go haha.
Will be going to Changi Airport at around 11pm to pick up my cousin who is coming back from Taiwan, so tired.
Lucky i am not the one driving, dear dear will be driving hehe.

Going to Ban Heng again.

Ban Heng has not yet email us regarding to the buffet and the ROM table, so we will need to go down again today.
After going Ban Heng, finally after so long.
I can go eat my waffle ice cream at Geláre in E-Hub.
I am so so so looking forward to ending work today.
Hope time pass faster, faster 5.30pm and it will be the end of the work week for this week.

Hehe... Made some changes to the blog...
Left with 60 days, feel like i miss out something, hopefully it's just my brain playing tricks.
As for the trip, i have read afew books regarding Taipei, and have more or less decided where we will be going for the trip.
So looking forward to the solemnization and the trip.

ROM Dress

Went to collect the dress after eating at the cafe.
Test out the dress, the dress turn out to be nice, some alteration need to be done to make it abit smaller, as it is abit too big.
1 of my sister dress also need to alter smaller, and another 1 dont need to do any alteration.
Love my dress so much!!!

Charlie Brown Cafe @ 313 Orchard

Went to Charlie Brown Cafe @ 313 Orchard before going to test the dress for the ROM.
There is full of snoopy things, we ate our lunch there, and i also buy a moon cake that have snoopy on in.
So cute.

Ban Heng buffet lunch

When to book the buffet lunch from Ban Heng at Aranda Country Club.
We book the 12 course menu, $15/pax.
Ban Heng also provide the table and 5 chair for the solemnization, so we will get he table from them at $80.
Currently waiting for Ban Heng to send us the email for the booking of the buffet, and the payment will be on 19 Nov 2011.

Taiwan trip

Finally book the air ticket and the hotel in taipei for 21 Nov 2011 to 25 Nov 2011.
We will be leaving the next day after the solemnization.
We book the air ticket from jetstar a budget airline, and the hotel we will be staying is Just Sleep at Ximending.
The hotel is just walking distance from the Ximen MRT station, about 10 mins walk i think.
It our first time going to Taipei, and we book a free and easy trip that is being self plan.
Now the only think left to plan for the trip is the place to visit in Taipei.
Reading afew books on Taiwan and Taipei, the insight guides book is quite detail on the place to visit.
Will update more once we know where we would like to visit for the 5 days 4 night.
Looking forward to the trip.

Ring Pillow, dog, ring

When to collect the ring pillow and the soft toy dog at punggol.
The dog is so cute.

ROM Dress

The dress is ready to be tested.
Has book an appointment on sat for the first testing of the dress.
Have made a few changes to the design, hopefully it turn out nice.
-_- hope i did not gain much weight that the dress could not be fitted haha.
Can't wait for sat to come.

Trip to Taiwan-Taipei

We have decided to go Taiwan-Taipei for 5 days 4 night trip.
Planning to go on a free and easy trip.
Now finding different hotel and place to stay and also to visit when at Taipei.
